CityVillage in Robina let’s you be part of a bigger story, but what does it mean and why is it so special? To paint the full picture, we first have to go back in history.

The Robina area is the brainchild of Dr Robin Loh, an international entrepreneur who was born in Indonesia. Dr Loh made his first fortune in salvaging oil refinery and wartime scrap metal. In 1980, he acquired a 20 square kilometre parcel of land located geographically at the centre of Gold Coast City. Soon after, Robina Land Corporation would be formed to generate detailed town planning and the large scale residential subdivisions that now make up the various Robina districts. This would be the start of what would become the master planned community of 30,000 people, with a thriving town centre, transport hubs, parks, health, entertainment and other major infrastructure surrounding it.
