Village life has plenty of appeal

A new release of homes at Robina Group’s $200 million CityVillage development have been fast tracked to cater for an unprecedented sales run.

More than $65 million in total sales have already been recorded at the masterplanned community since its release.

Stage five of CityVillage will comprise 22 premium lakefront terrace homes, most with double car garages, which will be priced from $599,000.

Fourteen of the terrace homes are three-level homes with high quality finishes.

This latest stage has been brought forward following the success of stage four, which saw 33 three-bedroom lakefront terrace homes sold in weeks.

Robina Group director Tony Tippett said the sales success of CityVillage, which would ultimately comprise 500 homes, is testament to Robina’s strong fundamentals.

Since early 2014, Robina Group has notched up close to $103 million in sales across its two new developments CityVillage and Riverlily, both at the heart of CBDRobina.

“We have been working hard to keep pace with the demand”Mr Tippett said.

“When you have responses like we had this year- when one stage of35 homes at CityVillage sold out in just two days- we need to react promptly.”

The response to Riverlily, released in April, was also strong, with all 71 terrace homes sold out within three months for a total of$35 million.

John and Suzanne Woollett have just downsized from a large Queenslander in Robina to their new terrace home in stage two of CityVillage.

Mr Woollett said the design, the fact there were no body corporate fees and the location at the heart of Robina had been very appealing.

“We were looking everywhere for a low maintenance property and when we came upon CityVillage, it just ticked all the boxes” Mr Wollett said.

“We loved the whole concept and are thrilled with the layout and design of our terrace home.”
