The Robina Group’s $250 million CityVillage is almost completely sold out with only one freehold terrace home available in the final stage, giving buyers one last opportunity to secure a home in the award-winning development.
More than $29 million of terrace homes in stage six have already sold, with 53 homes sold since their release just two months ago.
The two storey design homes comprise of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room and outdoor terrace, with four different floor plans and two interior colour schemes to choose from.
Construction of the final stage, priced from $539,000, is expected to commence early next year, with completion slated for late 2016.
CityVillage was one of just two Gold Coast developments to be recognised at the prestigious Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Queensland awards last month, taking out top honours in the medium density development category.
Robina Group sales manager Azura Griffen said the final stage provided buyers one last chance to secure a highly-sought after freehold terrace in Robina with no body corporate fees.
“It is rare to have the opportunity to secure a home of this design, quality and location on its own freehold title,” she said.
“Buyers enjoy all the benefits of a masterplanned community in a prime inner city location with a lakefront promenade providing direct access to Robina Town Centre.
“The award winning design has had wide-reaching appeal, with CityVillage purchasers including a diverse mix of owner-occupiers and investors from the Gold Coast and interstate.”
Professional golfer Michael Sim and his partner, Simone Beaufils, are among those to purchase at CityVillage and have been renting in the community while they wait for construction of their new home to be completed.
Ms Beaufils said the design of the terraces along with the ample living space and a large, private outdoor area drew their attention.
“CityVillage’s location in the heart of Robina also really appealed to us,” she said.
“I’ve grown up around this area so I have family and friends nearby and I can see first-hand how much the area has grown and will continue to grow.
“It is also convenient to Lakelands, where Michael plays golf, with easy access to the motorway and Brisbane and Gold Coast airports for when he needs to travel.
“Having Robina Town Centre at our doorstep is another bonus, so I can easily head over to the shops to pick up groceries or meet my friends for coffee.
“We’ve only been here a few months and we already love it.”
Buyers also have the opportunity to secure an apartment in the dual tower Bohème Apartments at CityVillage, which has posted more than $40 million in sales. Two bedroom apartments in tower two are selling from $455,000.
