Sales Surge in Stage 2 of CityVillage

THE LAUNCH of stage two at Robina Group’s $200 million CityVillage project was met with a whirlwind of local interest which saw the developer clock up 11 sales in just 24 hours.

The release of the second stage of contemporary terrace homes follows the sell-out of the project’s first stage of 30 residences in the first week of December.

Since its launch a week ago, a further six terrace homes have been snapped up, bringing the second stage to 50 per cent sold.

Robina Group director Tony Tippett said the sales surge, attributable mainly to local owner-occupiers, was extremely pleasing.

Mr Tippett said CBDRobina’s significant geographic, demographic, key infrastructure and lifestyle advantages were decisive factors for buyers and were instrumental in attracting both end-users and investors.

“It makes a project in such a location a strong investment and lifestyle proposition,” Mr Tippett said.

“All terraces feature individually designed facades and their contemporary architecture has really struck a chord with buyers.”

“We’ve also noticed that empty nesters looking to downsize to a more convenient and low maintenance lifestyle have pushed sales along.”

Stage two, which is now already more than 50 per cent sold, comprises 35 terrace residences and heralds the introduction of the first two-bedroom product along with three-bedroom plus media/study dwellings.
